Charlie Federman, Managing Partner
Charlie Federman brings fifteen years of venture expertise to Crossbar Capital. Prior to co-founding Crossbar he served as a Managing Director of BRM Capital, an Israel based, early-stage venture firm. Before joining BRM Capital, Charlie spent 15 years culminating as Chairman with Broadview, a Mergers and Acquisitions boutique for the information technology industry.
Charlie is currently a member of the board of Bitwine, Pando Networks, Payoneer, Cloudsmith and Reimage.
He received a BS in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School.
Warren Haber, Jr.
Warren Haber, Jr. brings thirteen years of venture capital experience to Crossbar. Until Mellon Ventures ceased pursuing new investments, he ran the New York office. Prior to Mellon, Warren was a founding Partner of Grand Central Holdings, an early-stage, NY region-focused venture firm. Previously, he was with GE Equity, where he was responsible for evaluating venture investments.
Warren is presently a member of the board of directors of Reimage
Warren received his MBA from the Wharton School and his BA in Computer Science from Brown University.
Larry has been an active member of the New York venture capital community for many years. Prior to joining Crossbar, Larry has been a General Partner of Wheatley Partners, a New York-based venture capital firm investing in the information technology and medical technology sectors. At Wheatley, he has served on the boards of directors or as an active board observer at several companies, including Pando Networks, WhittmanHart, Guidester, VersaMed, Comprehensive Neuroscience and SafeHarbor.
Prior to joining Wheatley, Larry practiced corporate law with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP, where he focused primarily on private and public securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions.
Larry holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a BA from the University of Vermont.
